How to solve TM100 Key Programmer "Create progress failed;code3" error?

I have got authorization of TM100 Key Programmer for Toyota,Peugeot,Ford,Citroen and Mercedes Benz.But the programing poped up errors, such as "Connection warning: TM100 interface need reflash(part1)","Create progress failed;code3". Here are the error message screenshots below:

Here is the engineers' suggestion and solution.

You should uninstall all TM100 software and files concerned. Then install TM100 software again.

Note: 1.O.S.;
2.Windows XP professional version；Windows 7 ultimate;Windows 8 professional.

TM100 installation instruction:

After activation, you will be able to check the TM100 key pro hardware software version information.

You should click "update software" button.

You need download new software.

After that, the system will display a windows prompting "File was downloaded successfully, please save your work". Click "Yes" to update.

You need come back to software main menu and click help tab.

You should click about to check the software that has been updated and installed.
