FVDI ABRITES Commander is a Windows PC based diagnostic tool for the vehicles from VAG. Now,follow me step by step for the FVDI ABRITES Commander authorization.
First, you should obtain authorization,and you can operate it by the following steps:
a.You should connect the Softdog to FVDI. You do not connect Softdog to the computer, otherwise the Softdog green light or red light will on, and result in authorization fail.
b.You should use USB cable to connect FVDI and the computer, but you do not connect FVDI to the car. You should wait until FVDI green light on and Softdog red light on, and you will succeed getting authorization. If FVDI red light on or Softdog green light on, you should repeat the above steps.
After you get authorization for FVDI, you can follow the below steps to connect:
a.You'd better connect the Softdog to FVDI (Note: do not connect Softdog to the computer).
b.You'd better use USB cable to connect FVDI and the computer. Wait until FVDI green light on and Softdog red light on, connect Softdog USB cable to the computer. During the procedure, the Softdog red light keeps on (Note: do not connect FVDI to the car)
c.Till the above 2 steps work well, connect FVDI to the car.
