How to solve the VAS 5054A "UspEpc.dll was not found" error?

During last month, several customers complaint that when they open vas-pc of their VAS 5054A software, they met the same problem vas-pc ADM.exe -unable to locate component. This application has failed to start because upcEpc.dll was not found.

Here is the screen shot of the error message: 

VAS-PC: ADM.exe – Unable to locate component

The application has failed to start because UspEpc.dll was not found. Re-install the application may fix this problem.

Now optional solution will share to VAS 5054 users:

1. Reinstall VAS-PC
2. PC blocks updates for windows; just install 126 updates to fix the problem
3. Copy UspEpc Api onto c:\Program Files.
